Spencer Spine Splint is a spinal extractor/immobilizer system, successfully used by rescue professionals. Spencer Spine Splint is excellent for extrication from vehicles, it is a device that allows you to remove a patient, with suspected spinal injuries. without causing additional damage to the spine. A new design of the corset and seat belts allows to immobilize the patient and to fix him inside the device itself, avoiding constriction to the victim and thus ensuring good breathing. A new placement of the axillary belts allows the patient to be lifted without risk of slipping from the corset. On the forehead locking band you can attach a disposable Soft Pad cushion, which can be removed when necessary. The new design of the shoulder board avoids chest compressions when Spencer Spine Splint is used in combination with semi-rigid stretchers. The seat belts are equipped with a quick coupling/release system in acetal resin. The belts and buckles are of different colours to make both the finding and the correct attachment more intuitive and fast. Compatible with bivalve and monovalve collars. The patient wearing Spencer Spine Splint can be placed and fixed on the spinal board. This practical and effective system can be used in all those situations where extrication is difficult and must be done in cramped environments. Spencer Spine Splint is easy to fold and store thanks to a convenient carrying bag made of blue Ripstop 1000 D, complete with compartments for accessories and handle.
