    • Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team during the return initiation process.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • No restocking fees will be charged.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the return process to send the original item back. Then, place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order.
