Shipping policy

1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this shipping policy is to establish guidelines and procedures for the shipment of goods for ABRONN MEDICAL UNITS UK LTD our policy aims to ensure transparency, along with customer satisfaction within our shipping processes.

3. SHIPPING COST

Our shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method, weight, size, number of items that have been purchased, and the location where the items are being shipped, we don’t make a profit from our shipping costs and aim to provide the best cost-effective shipping. The shipping cost will be added to the total amount at the end of the shipping cart unless it states that the item includes free shipping. An amount might apply to free shipping for items being shipped, out of the UK, Scotland, and southern Ireland.

4. SHIPPING METHODS

This policy applies to ABRONN MEDICAL UNITS UK LTD, which offers a range of shipping options, to accommodate our customer preference.

5.ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME.

All our orders are processed on the same day, apart from weekends, and we aim to ship our items to our customers within 3 working days for delivery on the 3rd day, we aim to deliver some items the next working day and the same day delivery, this will depend on shipping service that is available on the day an order is place. Overseas shipping out of the UK will depend on the location, this will be advised at checkout. 

6.TRACKING

Customers will receive tracking numbers once the order has been completed, each tracking number will be given for each order, orders that are placed together will receive one tracking number, and for orders that are placed separately, but are being delivered to the same address, one shipping number will be provided, as orders will be shipped together. Unless the customer requests, for an item to be shipped to a different location. It’s the customer's responsibility to inform, our support team of any change of address, as this could cause a change to the shipping cost. ABRONN MEDICAL UNITS UK LTD will provide the customer information on how to check, shipping.  

All items shipped, from ABRONN MEDICAL UNITS UK LTD will require the customer to sign for items on delivery a signature will be required, if the customer is not home at the time of delivery the delivery service will rearrange delivery with the customer.
